1 T. vegetable oil
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 c. water
1/4 t. paprika
1/4 t. pepper
2 c. minute rice (uncooked)
2 c. freah or frozen broccoli florets

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil in skillet. Add chicken, cook until browned. Remove chicken.

Add soup, water, papria & pepper to skillet; stir, bring to boil.

Stir in rice and broccoli. Top with chicken. Season chicken with additional paprika & pepper, cover. Cook on low heat 5 minutes or until cooked through.
