1 8oz Cream Cheese
1 Egg
1/3 C Sugar
1/8 tsp. Salt

1 6oz pkg. Chocolate Chips

1 1/2 C Flour
1 C Supar
1 tsp. Baking Soda
1/4 C Cocoa
1/2 tsp. Salt
1 C Water
3/4 C Oil
1 tbsp. Vinegar
1 tsp. Vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 4 ingredients and beat well. Stir in chocolate chips and set aside.

Sift dry ingredients together and then add rest of ingredients. Beat well until combined. Fill muffin cups lined with papers 1/3 full. Top each with a heaping tsp. of cream cheese mixture. Sprinkle with chopped walnuts

Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
