2 c sugar
1 c.shortening
1 c sour milk
1 c evaporated milk
4 c flour
2 eggs
1 T baking powder
Pinch of salt
1 orange - juice & rind.
Icing - Juice and rind of an orange; 1 T of butter [melted]; and powder sugar to make a spreadable icing.

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cookie ingredients in order given. Place round mounds on cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for about 15 minutes. Cool. Frost with icing mixture.
