1 cup butter 1 package powdered sugar 1 tsp vanilla 2 1/4 cups flour 1/2 tsp salt
Mix butter, 1/2 cup sugar, and remaining ingredients until smooth. Chill 2 hours. Form 1 inch balls and bake on ungreased cookie sheet until very lightly browned. Remove and roll in powdered sugar while still hot. Bake at 375º for 8 to 10 minutes.
