10 zucchini, sliced
2 Tbls Lipton Onion soup mix
1 tsp italian seasoning
6 eggs, well beaten
1 cup Italian bread crumbs or corn flake crumbs
1/4 cup olive oil
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Slice and cook zucchini until tender, but not soft.
Mix all ingredients together, except for parmesan cheese. Put in an ungreased baking dish, top with parmesan cheese and bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
