1 pound round steak, cubed or ground
1 c. water or beef broth
1 large onion, sliced
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. curry powder
1 tsp. salt
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 8-oz. can coconut milk
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. thyme
1/4 tsp. cumin
1/4 tsp. powdered ginger
1 10-oz. box frozen vegetables (spinach, peas or cauliflower
1 small (snack size) box raisins (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
If meat is in cubes, coat with flour and brown in butter in large skillet. If meat is ground, brown in butter and sprinkle flour over. Add onion, curry, ginger and garlic. Cook until onion is tender. Add broth, coconut milk, Worcestershire, thyme, cumin, salt and pepper. Add vegetables and cook until done. Serve with rice.
