2 c. buttermilk baking mix 2/3 c. milk 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese 1/4 stick butter 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Preheat oven to 450. Combine buttermilk baking mix, milk and cheese. Mix well. Drop dough on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 8 to 10 minutes til brown. Combine melted butter and garlic and brush over warm biscuits.
