3 sweet potatoes, cooked in jackets
tsp. cinnamon
c. chopped pecans
2 tbsp. bourbon
c. half & half
4 tbsp. orange juice
3 tbsp. butter
4 tbsp. brown sugar

Combine:
1 c. miniature marshmallows
1 c. bourbon
Soak marshmallows in bourbon for one hour.
For Topping, Combine:
c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. finely chopped pecans
2 tbsp. butter
tsp. cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Peel sweet potatoes and mash. Add next seven ingredients and blend well. Spread in medium size baking dish. Spread marshmallows and topping onto sweet potatoes. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
