2 lbs. beef
1/4 c. water
3 tbsp. red wine vinegar
1 1/2 c. chicken broth (not fat free)
2 tbsp. chili powder
1 tsp. ground cumin
tortillas

Lettuce, tomato, sour cream, shredded cheese, and other toppings of your choice.

Directions:
Discard all visible fat from beef and place in 5-6 qt. pan with 1/4 c. water. Cover and cook over medium heat for 30 minutes. Uncover and cook until liquid evaporates and meat is well browned.

In a bowl, combine vinegar, broth, chili powder, and cumin. Mix well and pour over meat. Continue cooking over medium heat until meat is very tender and pulls apart easily (about 2 hours). Let meat cool and then shred with two forks and mix with pan juices.
