1 pound hamburger
1 medium onion, sliced very thin
1 bay leaf
2 tbsp. water
1 heaping tbsp. flour
1/2 can chicken broth
1/2 tsp. Kitchen Bouquet or Gravymaster

Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger in large skillet with cover. Pour off fat and add onion and water. Cover and steam over low heat until onion is tender. Sprinkle flour over hamburger mixture and stir well. Add bay leaf and chicken broth slowly and stir over low heat until mixture thickens. Add chicken bouquet and mix well. Serve over mashed potatoes
