1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 3/4 c. flour
1 t. vanilla
1 c. pecans or walnuts
powdered sugar (to roll in)

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and powdered sugar. Stir in flour, vanilla, and nuts. Form into firm balls, because the mixture is kind of crumbly. Bake at 300 degree oven for 25 - 30 minutes, or until very light brown on bottom of cookie. Do NOT over-bake. Cool on wire rack. Roll cookie in powdered sugar and store in air tight container. Can roll cookie in more powdered sugar before serving, if you'd like.

Personal Notes:
This cookie is Roger's favorite Christmas cookie, so I always made them for him at Christmas. Delicious!
