3 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. salad oil
4 whole eggs
1 tsp. nutmeg
3 c. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
2/3 c. water
2 c. pumpkin
1 c. nuts (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Beat the eggs until light, add oil, sugar, pumpkin and vanilla. Mix lightly, but well. Sift dry ingredients and mix until well blended. Divide batter and put into well greased 9x5x2 inch pans. Bake at 325 for 1 hour or until done. Makes 5 small loaves or 3 big ones.
