1 c. sugar
2 eggs
2/3 c. salad oil
2 large ripe bananas (mashed)
2 c. flour
1 tsp baking soda
Dash of salt
2/3 c. nuts (chopped)

Directions:
Directions:
Beat the first 4 ingredients until well mixed. Next, sift together the flour, baking soda and salt. Add to the first mixture, mixing well. Add nuts and pour into 2 small greased loaf pans. Bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes.
