8 eggs beaten
2 c. half & half
1 large sweet red pepper, chopped
1 package (8oz) imitation crabmeat, chopped
1 c. soft bread crumbs
1 c. (4oz) shredded swiss cheese
1 c, (4oz) shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 c. chopped green onions
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl, combine all ingredients. Transfer to a greased 13X9 in baking dish. Bake, uncovered, at 350 for 30-35 min. or until knife inserts near the center and comes out clean. Let stand 10 min. before cutting.
