Cake -
1 c. Sugar
1/2 c. Brown Sugar
1/2 c. Shortening
1 c. Buttermilk
1 Egg
2 c. Flour
1 Heaping tsp Baking Soda
2 c. Rhubarb (cut fine)

Topping -
1/4 c. Sugar
1/2 c. Brown Sugar
1 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 c.Chopped Nuts (Pecans are good)

Directions:
Directions:
Cream shortening and sugar. Add buttermilk and egg. Mix in flour and soda. Fold in rhubarb. Bake in floured 9x11 pan. Mix topping ingredients together and spread on top of the cake. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
