4 salmon fillets (4 oz each)
2 cups chopped fresh spinach
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1 medium tomato, chopped
1/3 cup vinaigrette dressing
no stick cooking spray

Directions:
Directions:
Place the fillets, skin sides down, in a 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with no stick cooking spray.
Mix the remaining ingredients until well blended; spoon it over the fillets.
Bake at 375 for 20 to 25 minutes or until the fillets flake easily when tested with a fork.
