2 T each, vegetable oil, lemon juice

Salsa, sour cream, guacamole

Directions:
Combine garlic, seasoned salt, cumin, chili powder, red pepper, 2 T vegetable oil and lemon juice. Marinate meat in this for up to 2 hours. I find that 30 minutes is usually enough time. Saute vegetables in oil until lightly browned; remove from pan to serving bowl. Saute marinated chicken in same pan until cooked. Warm flour tortillas. Each person can assemble their own fajitas with the vegetables, chicken and toppings.

This is a family favorite, quick and easy to prepare. I warm the tortillas 4 at a time, on a dinner plate covered with wax paper, for 20 seconds in the microwave
