2-3 lbs. chicken breasts
1 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 egg
4-6 tbsp. cornstarch
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. chicken broth
3 1/2 Tbsp. ketchup
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
sesame seeds

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle chicken with garlic salt and pepper. Dip chicken in beaten egg and then in corn starch. Brown on stove in hot oil (not too long, until a little crusty and crispy). Place chicken in a 9X13 baking dish. Mix sugar, vinegar, chicken broth ketchup and soy sauce in a bowl and pour over chicken. Bake uncovered for 1 hour at 325. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top of chicken.
