3 Tbsp. butter 6 eggs 1 c. milk 1 c. flour 1/2 tsp. salt
Heat oven to 450º. Melt butter in 9x13 baking dish in oven until it sizzles. Beat other ingredients together until well mixed. Pour batter into dish and bake 12-15 minutes. Serve hot with jam, fruit or syrup.
