6 salmon fillets
1/2 t. salt
1/8 t. pepper
3 T. corn oil
1/4 c. honey mustard
1 T. orange juice
1/3 c. chopped pecans
1/4 c. fresh bread crumbs
1 T. chopped parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 400. Season salmon with salt and pepper. In oven proof skillet, cook salmon skin side up, over high heat for 2 minutes. Turn fillets. Whisk together honey mustard and orange juice until smooth. Brush over fillets. In another bowl, combine pecans, bread crumbs, and parsley. Press evenly over salmon. Roast 8 minutes or until fish starts to flake.
