1/2 pound ground round
1 small onion, peeled and chopped
1/2 c. elbow macaroni
1 c. water
1 c. milk
1/4 c. catsup
1/4 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
1 tsp. salt, divided
dash of pepper
dash of cinnamon
1 tbsp. flour
1 egg. slightly beaten
1/2 tsp. dry mustard

In large skillet, combine ground round, onion, butter, macaroni, water, catsup, cheese, parsley, pepper, cinnamon and 1/2 tsp. salt Cook and stir with fork until meat begins to brown. In a separate saucepan combine flour, milk, remaining salt and mustard until blended. Heat, stirring until thickened, remove from heat and quickly beat in the egg. Add sauce to beef mixture, stir and place in a casserole. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Remove cover and cook 10 minutes more.
