3 slices bacon (cooked)
1 egg, well beaten
1 1/2 T. flour
1 c. milk
1/4 c. vinegar
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 t. salt
1 quart salad greens

Directions:
Directions:
Chop bacon and fry til crisp, remove bacon and add to greens. Add all other ingredients to beaten egg and pour into hot bacon drippings. Cook until thickened. Pour at once over crisp dry salad greens. A little chopped onion may be added to the greens if desired. Makes 4-6 servings.
