1 lb ground beef
1 medium onion, diced
1 tsp minced garlic
2 (10 3/4 oz) cans minestrone soup
1 (10 oz) can diced tomatoes and green chiles
1 (15 oz) can Ranch Style beans
1 (10 1/2 oz) can beef broth
1 tsp cumin
Tortilla chips
Grated Cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat, onion, and garlic; drain. Add all ingredients together except chips and cheese; simmer 1 1/2 hours on top of stove or cook slowly in oven for 3 hours. Top with crushed tortilla chips and grated cheese.
