1 1/3 cup French's Fried Onions
4 boneless chicken breast halves
1 egg beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Place French's Onions into plastic bag. Lightly crunch with hands or rolling pin. Dip chicken into egg then coat with onion pieces. Place chicken on baking sheet. Bake at 400 for 20 minutes.

Cooking Tip: 1 cup of French's Fried Onions = 1 cup of breadcrumbs for any recipe.
