2 lb shredded hashbrowns
1 1/2 cup sour cream
1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
2 cups grated Cheddar or Velveeta Cheese
1 tbsp grated onion
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup melted butter or oleo
1 tsp pepper
Durkee Cheddar Cheese Onion Rings

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine first 8 ingredients in greased 9 x 13 pan and top with onion rings.

Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
