Crust:
1-1/3 C flour
dash of salt
2 T sugar
1-1/3 stick unsalted butter
1 T plus 1 tsp white vinegar
Filling:
1/2 C sugar
2 T flour
1/2 tsp cinnamon
4 C fresh or frozen blueberries (thaw & drain frozen)

Directions:

Crust:
Combine with pastry blender: flour, salt, sugar, butter and vinegar. Press into springform pan to 1/4 in. thick and 1 in. up on sides.
Filling:
Combine sugar, flour, cinnamon & 2 C of the blueberries. Pour filling into prepared crust. Bake at 400 for 45 minutes. Remove from oven and immediately add 2 C. blueberries on top. Cool. Remove springform pan. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
