1 c. flour
1/2 c. soft butter
1 T. sugar
1/4 c. pecans, chopped
2/3 c. powdered sugar
1 (8oz.) pkg. Cream cheese, softened
1 (12oz.) carton Cool Whip, thawed
2 pkg.'s instant pistachio pudding
2 1/2 c. milk

Directions:

Mix flour, butter, sugar and nuts together. Spread mixture in a 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 350 for 15 to 20 minutes. Cool.
Beat together powdered sugar, cream cheese, and half of the Cool Whip. Pour into cooled crust.
Beat together pudding and milk until thick. Put on top of other mixture. Spread rest of Cool Whip on top. Sprinkle with additional nuts, if desired.
Refrigerate 2 hours before serving or overnight.
