1 c. diced celery
1 c. peeled diced apple (yellow delicious)
3/4 c. heavy cream, whipped
3/4 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1/2 c. diced drained cucumber (optional)
1 tsp. curry powder, or more to taste
1 small box raisins (snack size)
lettuce leaves for serving

Fold mayonnaise into whipped cream. Add remaining ingredients and mix together. Serve on lettuce leaves
