Ingredients:
6 to 8 whole duck breast
Salt and pepper
Dale's marinade
Wishbone Italian salad dressing
Onions
celery
6 or 8 slices of bacon

Directions:
Directions:
Salt and pepper ducks and tenderize with mallet if you can, if not, don't worry about it--they will be tender. Put in enough Dale's and Wishbone to coat ducks. I use about 1/2 c of each. Let set in refrigerator covered for about 2 or 3 days. Take out and cut up onions into bite size pieces and also celery. I wrap the breast around the veggies, wrap bacon around this and secure with toothpick and cook on a hot charcoal grill about 30 minutes. Length of cooking time depends on how done you want them, but DO NOT over cook--will be dry.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Make some wild rice or use my California rice, a good green salad and a good glass of wine. ENJOY! Daddy loved ducks and I know he would have said " This is the best duck I have ever eaten."
