1 lb scallops or 2 cans water chestnuts
1/2 lb thin sliced bacon
1 c. brown sugar
1 jar chili sauce
1/2 c. mayonnaise

Directions:
Directions:
Rinse scallops. Wrap scallops or water chestnuts with bacon slice cut in half. Place scallops or chestnuts in an oven proof dish. Mix together brown sugar, chili sauce & mayonnaise. Pour mixture over scallops or chestnuts. Bake at 350 for 1 hour. NOTE: chestnuts can be made 2-3 days ahead.
