1/3 c ketcup
1/2 c sugar
1/4 c apple vinegar
2 T worcestershire Sauce
1/2 onion - chopped
pinch of salt
4 hard boiled eggs, chopped.
2 slices of bacon, crisp & crumbled
2 bunches of fresh spinach (baby)

Mix together first seven ingredients and the pour over combined eggs, bacon, and spinach.
