1 loaf white bread, sliced thin
1 8-oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 stick (4 oz.) butter, melted
1/2 c. plus 1 tbsp. sugar, divided
1 tsp vanilla
1 egg yolk
1 tbsp. cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Remove crusts from bread and flatten each slice with rolling pin. Blend cream cheese, 1 tbsp. sugar, vanilla and egg yolk and spread mixture thinly on flattened bread slices. Roll up bread slices so that filling is inside. Brush rolls with butter, then dip in mixture of 1/2 c. sugar and cinnamon. Slice rolls into 1-inch pieces and place on cookie sheet. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve with sour cream, strawberries, raspberry sauce or whipped cream.

Rolls may be frozen after rolling in sugar-cinnamon mixture. When ready to use, defrost 10 minutes, slice and bake.
