Directions:
Lay crackers in cookie sheet on foil. Melt butter and sugar in microwave 3-4 mins or until melted; pour over crackers. Bake 15 mins at 350 until bubbly. While crackers are baking, toast nuts in a hot skillet. When crackers are finished, spread chocolate chips over crackers while still hot, allowing chips to melt; top with toasted nuts. Refrigerate for 2 hours or longer. Remove, peel off foil, break into pieces. Refrigerate if warm or not using immediately.
