1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes, undrained
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 (6 oz) package Stove Top Stuffing Mix for chicken
1/2 cup water
1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into pieces
1 tsp dried basil
1 cup mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place tomatoes with liquid in a medium bowl. Add garlic, stuffing mix, and water; stir until stuffing mix is moistened. Set aside.
Place chicken in a 9 x 13 inch baking dish; sprinkle with basil and cheese. Top with stuffing mixture. Bake for 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
