1 extra large egg
4 extra large egg yolks
1/2 c. sugar
3 c. heavy cream or half & half
1 t. pure vanilla extract
1 T. Grand Marnier liquor

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the egg, egg yolks & sugar together until combined. Scald the cream in a saucepan until it's very hot but not boiled.With mixer on low speed, slowly add the cream to eggs. Add the vanilla & Grand Marnier liquor. Pour into 6 - 8oz ramekins.Place ramekins in a baking pan and carefully pour boiling water into the pan.Bake at 300 for 35 -40 minutes. Cool & refrigerate until firm.To serve, spread with 1 T. of sugar on top and heat with a kitchen blowtorch until sugar caramelizes,(Or you can broil under broiler.)
