1 jar of salsa
1/2 c. ricotta cheese
1/2 c. chopped olives
garlic to taste
8 oz. uncooked pasta
cilantro to taste
parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pasta. In a saucepan, over medium heat, combine salsa, ricotta cheese, olives and garlic.
Cook 10 minutes and then spoon over hot pasta. Sprinkle with cilantro and parmesan cheese.
