Ingredients:  
1/2 lb. grated Longhorn cheese
3 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1/2 large carton sour cream
2 T lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
1 cup finely chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together and roll in 2 rolls. Wrap in wax paper and chill 1 to 2 hours then roll in the chopped pecans. If you don't care for pecans you can replace by sprinkling with chili powder and paprika.
