1 cup flour
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/2 cup oleo
1/2 cup chopped nuts

1 8 oz pkg cream cheese (room temperture)
1 1/2 cup Cool Whip
1 cup powdered sugar
2 pkg. instant lemon pudding

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, oleo and nuts together . Press into 9x13" pan, bake 15 minutes at 350. Let cool.
Mix cheese, cool whip and sugar together with mixer. Spread on crust. Chill. Mix lemon mix with milk as directed on package. Let set till thickened, then pour on top of cheese mix. Top with Cool Whip.
