1 cup Crisco (well packed)
8 Tbsp very cold water (1/2 cup)
2 1/2 cups flour
pinch of salt

Directions:
Directions:
Be sure to use ice water. Work the dough well. This is best if you make ahead and freeze. Divide dough into 2 balls, roll in wax paper or saran wrap and freeze. This is handy to have ready ahead of time to save time when you are ready to bake.
