2 lbs. ground beef
1 cup chopped onion
28 oz. tomato sauce
3 1/2 lbs. chopped cabbage
1 c. uncooked rice
1 tsp. salt
2 (13.75 ) oz. cans beef broth

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
In a large skillet, brown beef untill redness is gone.
Drain off any fat.
In a large mixing bowl combine the onion, tomato sauce, cabbage, rice and salt. Add to meat and mix together. Pour mixture into 9x13 baking dish. Pour the broth over the meat mixture and bake in the preheated oven , covered, for 1 hour. Stir, replace the cover and bake for another 30 minutes
