4 large eggs
2/3 cup sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
2 2/3 cup scaled milk
1 tsp. vanilla
nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs, then add sugar, salt, scalded milk & vanilla. Sprinkle with nutmeg. Pour into pie crust (unbaked).

Bake @ 450 for 10 minutes, then turn down to 425 and bake for another 10 minutes.

Test with a knife, if knife comes out not clean cook for another 10 minutes.
