2 beaten egg yolks
1 tsp. crisco
2 tbsp. cream
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking powder
Enough flour to roll dough

Mom & Grandma Meyer made these often. They would roll out the noodles into a large sheet, about 1/16 thick. Then put a newspaper over the back of a chair & put the noodle sheets over the newspaper to dry.

After a couple of hours or so, they would roll the sheet of dough & cut the noodles into the desired width. Noodle soup always seemed a lot better with homemade noodles.
