6 pig feet------ cleaned
water
salt
black pepper
vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Put pig feet in pot of water to cook and add salt to taste. Cook until soft then cool and debone. Strain broth into bowl, add meat, black pepper and approx. 4 tbsp vinegar -- vinegar to taste --. Pour into loaf pan, put in refrigerator to jell. Slice to eat for breakfast.
