2 egg whites, unbeaten
1 1/2 cup sugar
5 tbsp cold water
1 1/2 tbsp white corn syrup
1 tsp vanilla
pinch of salt
coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Combine egg whites, sugar, water and corn syrup in top of double boiler. Mix with spoon until thoroughly blended. Place over rapidly boiling water and beat constantly with electric mixer until frosting will hold up in peaks. Remove from heat, add vanilla and beat until thick enough to spread.
