1 cup sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
2 1/2 Tbsp. flour
1 cup cold water
1 cup crushed pineapple
3 stiffly beaten egg whites

Directions:
Directions:
Mix in order & place in double broiler. Bring to a boil & cook thoroughly. Set aside to cool.

When cool fold in egg whites.

Put in baked pie shell. Cover with whipped cream & cover with chopped nuts.
