1 cup shortening
1 cup vegetable oil
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1 tsp. soda
4 cups flour
1 tsp. cream of tartar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. mace (Dad added this)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together.

Roll a tsp. of dough in a ball, then roll in sugar.

Bake @ 350 for 12-14 minutes.
