1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. celery seed
1/2 cup vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. black pepper
1 can tomato soup
1 cup vegetable oil

Directions:

Store in refrigerator.
