2 hearts romaine lettuce
1 c. shredded carrots
2 ribs celery w/greens, chopped
1/2 c. ranch dressing
1/2 c. blue cheese crumbles
3/4 to 1 lb. chicken tenders
1 T. vegetable oil
2 T. butter
salt and pepper to taste
1/4 c. hot sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat skillet over medium-high heat add oil and butter. In hot pan sear chicken 2-3 minutes on each side. Add hot sauce reduce heat and cook 5 more minutes. In a large bowl cut lettuce and add carrots and celery. Mix ranch dressing and blue cheese in a second bowl. Top salad with cooked buffalo chicken. Enjoy!
