3/4 pound strip sirloin steak, partially frozen
1 clove garlic, crushed
6 large shrimp, peeled, deveined and split lengthwise
6 large clams or oysters
1 large sweet potato, sliced 1/2 inch thick
2 green peppers, seeded and quartered
2 small onions, sliced thick
1 tsp. salt

Directions:

Slice steak thinly. Rub with garlic. Open clams or oysters and remove from shells. Rub sweet potato slices with salt. Place toothpick or bamboo skewer into each onion slice to keep rings in place. Grill meat, seafood and vegetables until tender. Serve with Ponzu sauce.
