1 whole chicken cut in serving pieces
1/4 c. butter
1 tbsp. olive oil
2 oranges, peeled and quartered
1 tbsp. grated orange peel
1/2 c. chicken stock
1/2 c. white wine
1 tsp. cornstarch

Directions:
Directions:
Brown chicken pieces in butter in large pot or dutch oven When chicken is browned, add oranges, orange peel and chicken stock. Cover and simmer 1-1/2 hours until tender. Pour off 1/2 c. pan juices and add white wine and cornstarch. Heat and stir in small skillet until thickened. Pour over chicken, garnish with orange slices and serve.
